We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.
Due to the delicate and handmade nature of our accessories, we kindly ask that you handle each piece with care before deciding to return it.

Damaged or faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the issue. We will resolve the matter promptly.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different item, please return the original piece and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
